Papers
Paper Submission Guidelines:
Original, unpublished research papers, articles, and working papers (within 3 pages in length) on topics relevant to the conference theme are invited for presentation and potential publication in the conference proceedings.
- Please ensure your paper follows the provided template, adhering to the 3 pages limit on A4-sized paper. Refer to the attached template for formatting guidelines.(Template 3 Pages)
- All papers must be submitted online through the Microsoft CMT submission portal.
- Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, evaluated on originality, significance, and clarity.
- Only papers featuring original research findings, novel contributions, or innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
Plagiarism Policy
- Before submission, papers must be checked for plagiarism using licensed software such as Turnitin or iThenticate. The overall similarity score should not exceed 20%, including both self-content and external sources. Authors must adhere to strict ethical publication guidelines.
- Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. If any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusion from a previously published work is used, it must be properly cited.
- The wording used to describe referenced content should be distinct from the original source. If incorporating copyrighted material, prior permission from the copyright holder must be obtained.
SCI-E Journal Recommendation
- Papers submitted, registered, and presented by authors at ICAIDC-2025 will be recommended for a special issue of the SCI-E indexed journal Computers, Materials & Continua.
- The special issue, titled Privacy in the Digital Age: AI-Driven Image Encryption for Secure Data Transmission, will only consider papers related to its topics.
- The publication fee for the journal must be paid separately.
- Authors who wish to have their papers to be recommended should mention this in the cover letter when submitting their papers.
ICAIDC-2025 Paper/Poster Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation (On-site at the Venue)
- Prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation for your oral presentation.
- Submit your PPT to icaidc@kasdc.org before the deadline.
- Bring a backup copy of your PPT with you to the venue.
- A notebook will be provided at the venue for your presentation.
Poster Presentation
- Prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation for your poster.
- Submit your PPT to icaidc@kasdc.org before the deadline.
- If any author is unable to present in person, they are encouraged to present a poster instead.
- For poster presentation, submit the corresponding PPT to icaidc@kasdc.org before the deadline.
Online Presentation via Zoom
- Prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation for your online presentation.
- Submit your PPT to icaidc@kasdc.org before the deadline.
- The Zoom meeting link will be provided before the conference.
- The Zoom link will also be posted in the News/Notice section of the conference website.
